We scanned 792 med spa homepages across 34 cities in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas, loaded between June 20 and August 25, 2026 and recorded what a first-time visitor could find. Worth noting what is not on this list: speed. These sites load fast. Only 3 of the 792 took longer than four seconds. The friction is not the loading bar, it is that a ready-to-book customer often has nothing to click.
This measures what a first-time visitor can find on the homepage, not what a business does internally. A practice may book by phone, run reminders from inside its software, or ask for reviews at the counter, and none of that appears here. That is the point: the homepage is where a new customer starts, and what they cannot find there they usually do not go looking for.
How the leak happens in med spas
