Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Revenue Leak Systems collects when you use this website or work with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Effective date: August 26, 2026 · Last updated: August 26, 2026

1. Who we are

Revenue Leak Systems (Zach Burton Holdings LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company) provides revenue recovery audits, lead response systems, and related consulting services to local service businesses. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Revenue Leak Systems. "You" means anyone who visits revenueleaksystems.com, submits a form, contacts us, or becomes a client.

This policy covers revenueleaksystems.com and the services we deliver directly to our clients. It does not cover the separate websites or privacy practices of any third party we link to.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out the audit request form or contact us another way, we collect the information you choose to provide. On our current forms that is:

If you email us, call us, or text us, we also keep the contents of that correspondence so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation.

Information we collect about your business during an audit

When we run a Revenue Leak Audit, we review publicly available information about your business, such as your website, your public business listing, and your public reviews. If you become a client, you may also choose to give us access to systems such as your booking software, your customer database, your phone system, or your ad accounts so we can do the work you hired us for. We only use that access to deliver the services you asked for.

Information collected automatically

Our web host records standard server log information when you load a page, which can include your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you viewed, and the date and time. This is ordinary technical logging used to keep the site running and secure.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, payment card numbers typed into this website, health records, or other sensitive personal data. Please do not send that kind of information through our forms.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent your personal information. We do not trade your personal information to data brokers.

4. Phone numbers and SMS text messaging

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing. No mobile information collected through this website or through our SMS program is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, other than the messaging service providers and subprocessors we use strictly to send the messages you asked to receive.

If you give us your phone number, we may use it to call or text you about the request you submitted and about the services we provide to you.

We only send recurring marketing or automated text messages to people who have given prior express written consent, for example by checking an SMS consent box on a form or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request help by replying HELP or by emailing us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

The full terms of our text message program, including program description, opt out instructions, and carrier disclaimers, are in our SMS Terms and Conditions.

5. How we share information

We share information only in these situations:

Service providers who work on our behalf

We use outside vendors to run our business, and some of them process your information so they can provide their service to us. These vendors are only allowed to use the information to perform work for us. As of the effective date above, they include:

With your direction

If you ask us to send something to someone on your behalf, or you connect one of your own tools to a system we manage for you, we will share what is needed to do that.

Legal and safety reasons

We may disclose information if we are required to by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our agreements, investigate fraud, or protect the safety of any person.

Business transfers

If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, client and prospect information may transfer as part of that transaction. Any successor would remain bound by the commitments in this policy for information received that way.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing.

6. Cookies and tracking

As of the effective date of this policy, revenueleaksystems.com does not set advertising cookies, does not run an analytics tracker, and does not store your form answers or calculator inputs in your browser. The Leak Calculator on our homepage runs entirely in your browser and the numbers you enter are not sent to us.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google's servers receive your IP address when the font files load. That is how the page renders correctly and it is not used by us to identify you.

If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this section before or when we do.

7. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as we have an active or reasonably foreseeable business relationship with you, and after that for as long as we need it for records, tax, and legal purposes. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus the period required for accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will honor that unless we are legally required to keep it.

Records of SMS opt out requests are kept as long as needed to make sure we do not message you again.

8. Your choices and your rights

You can, at any time:

To make a request, email zach@revenueleaksystems.com or call (479) 414-8333. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not discriminate against you for making a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request about specific records.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. If you have those rights, the process above is how you exercise them with us.

9. How we protect information

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls, encrypted connections to this website, and limiting access to the people who need it to do the work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

10. Children's privacy

Our website and services are for business owners and operators. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business, our tools, or the law changes. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you directly.
