Twenty minutes apart, thirty points apart.
Northwest Arkansas gets treated as one market by almost everybody who sells into it. Our scan says that is a mistake. The four main towns are twenty minutes apart and they behave nothing alike, and the gap is wide enough to change where you would spend money first.
107 med spa homepages across the four NWA towns
Bentonville, Fayetteville, Springdale and Rogers, scanned between June 20 and August 25, 2026. The regional averages hide the story, so the town by town numbers are below them.
Measured on the public homepage only, and the sample is med spas. Full method and sample.
Town by town, where the averages fall apart
The regional number for missing request forms is 55.1%. Useful, and also misleading, because no town is actually at 55%.
Bentonville sits at 15 of 36. Fayetteville sits at 22 of 30. That is a 31 point spread between two towns on the same highway, serving customers who cross between them without thinking about it.
The Fayetteville result worth sitting with
All 30 Fayetteville homepages we scanned showed no sign of an automated review request. Not one. In a college town where word of mouth moves fast and a fresh review is worth more than an old one, that is the cheapest advantage available to whoever moves first.
Rogers is the smallest sample here at 12 businesses, so treat that row as a signal rather than a statistic. We would rather flag a thin sample than round it up into a headline.
What the scan cannot tell you
Four of the nine leaks are visible on a homepage. The five that usually cost the most, missed calls, dead follow-up, no-shows, no rebooking and a dormant client list, are not. They live in your phone system and your calendar, and we confirm them on the audit call rather than assuming them from the outside.
Common questions
Which Northwest Arkansas towns did you scan?
Bentonville (36), Fayetteville (30), Springdale (29) and Rogers (12), for 107 med spa homepages in total, scanned between June 20 and August 25, 2026.
Why is Rogers reported differently?
Twelve businesses is a small sample. We report it as a count and label it a signal rather than presenting it as a reliable percentage.
Do you work with businesses outside med spas in NWA?
Yes. Med spas are where our measured data comes from because that is the vertical we have scanned at volume. The nine leaks apply across home services, trades, dental, legal and auto.
Is the audit free and is there a call?
The audit is free and no call is required to receive it. You get a one-page diagnostic ranking every leak by dollar impact at your own pricing.
