We scanned 106 Tulsa metro med spas. Half had no way to book.
Tulsa is not short on demand. What it is short on is a way for a ready customer to actually book at 9pm on a Tuesday. We measured it across the metro rather than guessing, and the gap between neighbouring towns turned out to be bigger than the gap between industries.
106 med spa homepages across the Tulsa metro
Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Sapulpa, Bixby and Jenks, scanned between June 20 and August 25, 2026. In Tulsa proper we scanned 25, and 15 of them gave a visitor no way to request an appointment in writing.
Measured on the public homepage only, and the sample is med spas. Full method and sample.
The 20 minute drive that changes the number
Tulsa proper and Broken Arrow are twenty minutes apart and serve the same customers. On paper they should look identical. They do not. In Tulsa, 15 of the 25 homepages we scanned had no appointment request form. In Broken Arrow it was 9 of 22.
That is a real spread, and it is worth understanding before you spend another dollar on ads. If your competitors down the road are easier to book with than you are, you are paying to send customers to a comparison they lose for you.
What this actually means for a Tulsa operator
Nine in ten of these businesses have no live chat and no automated way to ask for a review. Those two gaps sit at opposite ends of the same customer journey. One is the moment somebody decides to reach out. The other is the moment they would happily recommend you, if anyone asked.
Neither is a marketing problem. Both are friction, and friction is cheaper to remove than demand is to buy.
What we do not know from a scan
Four of the nine leaks leave a trace on a homepage. The other five, including missed calls, no-shows and a dormant client list, live inside your phone system and your calendar. We do not guess at those. We confirm them on the audit call, with your numbers.
